To save you some time here are some answers to the most common questions about mens and women's clothing:

 

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we accept returns on any product within 14 days of purchase. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send us an email to let us know how we can correct the situation. If you would like to return your purchase please use the return page found on our site. We will then refund or exchange your purchase if it is returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still attached. Unless the item is manufacturer faulty, we will not cover your return costs.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any sale items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re saleable with all original packaging.   • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Delivery is FREE on order over £25 to the UK and £9.00 per order to Europe/Worldwide. Spend £80 or more for FREE Europe/Worldwide Shipping. UK orders under £25 will be a flat rate of £2.99. Our orders are sent out via Royal Mail signed for, Parcel Force or My Hermes after submitting an order; transit time may vary depending on the destination. Purchased products will be sent to the registered PayPal and Stripe address thats used to complete any transaction. We also offer a local collection to avoid delivery costs.   • HOW SECURE IS THIS SITE?

This store uses PayPal and Stripe for payments. PayPal and Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

 

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal and Stripe.

 

  • DO I NEED A PAYPAL/STRIPE ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FOR THIS STORE? 

No, you are not required to have a PayPal or Stripe account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal or Stripe account you may use it.

 

  • PRODUCT CARE 

Our fabrics are premium and will allow some give. All of our garments are pre-shrunk & laundered through our dye & wash processes so don't expect any nasty surprises unless you ignore the washcare label. Keep the washing below 30 degrees, naturally dry only and our clothing should last you for years.

 

  • HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?

We have made a simple size guide chart for you to decide what size you need. For more info check out our SIZE GUIDE page. Remember you can always return for another size.

 

  • HOW DO I SET UP AN WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
